These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Baked By Serita's Website, located at https://bakedbyserita.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Baked By Serita if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Orders:

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order isn't binding on us until we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, product unavailability, or capacity — and will refund you in full if we do.

Accuracy:

We work hard to keep product descriptions, photos, and pricing accurate, but photographs are representative and hand-decorated products will vary. We reserve the right to correct errors, including after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund if a listing was materially wrong.

Your responsibilities:

You're responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information, being available at the agreed time, reading and communicating the allergen notice in Section 5, and storing and handling products as instructed.

Intellectual property:

All content on this site — text, photographs, the Baked By Serita name and logo, product descriptions, and designs — belongs to Baked By Serita and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Customer photos and reviews:

If you tag us or send us photos of your order, you're giving us permission to reshare them on our website and social channels with credit. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we won't.

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event-related costs.

Governing law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

Changes:

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

We want everyone to be able to browse and order from Baked By Serita. If you run into a barrier using our site, email hello@bakedbyserita.com and tell us what happened — we'll help you complete your order directly and work on fixing the issue.
